Leak repair
Most leaks don't start where the stain is. We trace it back to the real entry point (failed flashing, cracked tile, wind-lifted shingles), fix it, and photograph what we found.

A leak, a bad patch job, or a roof that's simply run out of years. We come out, get up there, and show you photos of what's actually going on. Residential and commercial, across Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
Takes about 30 seconds. We'll call you back to set up the inspection.
Leaks, full re-roofs, and the tile job most homeowners here eventually need. If it keeps the weather out, we handle it.

Tile can last 50 years. The felt underneath it doesn't. That's why a tile roof starts leaking while the tile still looks perfect. We lift and stack your tile, tear off the failed underlayment, and re-lay the same tile over a new one.
Carrier asking for a new roof before they'll renew, or your roof failed an insurer inspection? We inspect it, photograph the condition, and tell you plainly what it takes to satisfy them.
Tear-off and full re-roof when repairs no longer make sense. We build with Owens Corning shingles over Owens Corning synthetic underlayment, and we haul away every last nail.
New builds and additions: the right system specced for your home and our climate, installed to last.
Single-ply and built-up systems for warehouses, retail and offices. Installed to spec, scheduled around your operating hours.
Roofing shouldn't be a guessing game. We show up when we say we will, quote in writing, and treat your property like it's ours. A decade-plus on Southern California roofs means we've seen every roof type, and every way they fail.
Materials, timeline and price in writing. No vague verbal quotes.
Photos of every problem we find, before you decide anything.
Flexible scheduling and crews that respect your time.
We protect your property and haul away every last nail.
Nobody can price a roof from a phone call. Two houses on the same street can quote thousands apart, and there's usually a real reason for it. Here's what moves the number, so you know what you're reading.
Square footage sets the baseline. Steep pitches, multiple planes and cut-up rooflines slow the work down and add waste.
One layer tears off faster than three. More layers means more labor, more dumpster runs, more disposal.
Once the old roof is off we can see the decking. Dry rot has to be replaced before anything new goes down, and no one can see it until then.
Shingle, tile and flat systems all price differently, and so do the layers you don't see. We build with Owens Corning shingles over Owens Corning synthetic underlayment.
A tight driveway or nowhere to stage material adds time. So do flashing, valleys, skylights and vents: where roofs leak, and where quotes quietly differ.
When a bid comes in far below the rest, it's usually not the same job. Check every quote spells out the same tear-off, underlayment, new flashing, dry rot handling and haul-away.

The questions we get asked most, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.
It comes down to how much life is left in the roof, not how bad the stain looks on your ceiling. A few cracked tiles or a failed flashing detail is a repair. Widespread curling, bare spots, or leaks in more than one place usually means the roof is done. We'll look and tell you which one it is.
Depends on size, pitch, material and what we find under the old roof. Tile takes longest, because it comes off and goes back on by hand. We'll give you a schedule with your quote, before anyone starts.
Yes. A re-roof in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties needs a permit and a final inspection. A licensed contractor pulls it under their own license. If someone tells you to pull it yourself, that's your first red flag.
We tear off. Laying new shingles over old hides whatever is rotting underneath and adds weight to the roof. Once the deck is bare we can see the real condition and fix it before the new roof goes down.
We don't open up more roof than the crew can close before it leaves. Anything torn off gets underlayment or tarps. If weather moves in, we stop, secure the roof, and come back when it clears.
Check the license yourself at cslb.ca.gov. It's free and takes a minute. Ask for a certificate of insurance sent straight from their carrier, and get the scope, the materials and the price in writing before anyone gets on your roof. Any roofer worth hiring hands that over without flinching.
We'll come out, take a look, and put it in writing. Free inspection across LA and the Inland Empire.
